Tsum Valley Manaslu Trek

Tsum Valley Manaslu Trek
A scenic drive through the Middle Hills leads to the trail head beyond Arughat at Soti Khola. The Manaslu Tsum valley trekking trail crosses numerous ridges and villages as it rises to Philim. Hence, it turns east into the lower, then broader Upper Tsum Valley. Crops grown include barley, maize, buckwheat as well as potatoes. Look out for Himalayan Tahrs and Bharal (blue sheep); preyed on by the illusive snow leopards.

- Day 07: Trek to Chhumling (2386m), 5 hours walk.
- Day 08: Trek to Chhekampar (3011m), 5-6 hours walk.
- Day 09: Trek to Nile (3310m), 6 hours walk.
- Day 10: Hike to Mu Gompa and trek to Chhekampar via Rachen Goma, 6-7 hours walk.
