The first part of the Tilicho Lake Annapurna Circuit Poon Hill Trek traverses through the Annapurna circuit gradually moving towards Manang from where we trek up to the highest lake in the world – Tilicho Lake. From here, the trail again joins the Annapurna circuit route. By crossing through Thorong-La Pass, one of the highest passes in the world. Climbing to one of the most popular viewpoints in Annapurna circuit, Poon Hill, we witness what is one of the most awe-inspiring sunrises where we admire the mystic of the Himalayas glistening in the golden rays of the sun. The trail is very lengthy but the attractions are abundant.

- Day 03: Kathmandu – Syange [1,100m/3,608 ft]: 8 – 10 hours
- Day 04: Syange – Dharapani [1,960m/6,430 ft]: 7 – 8 hours
- Day 05: Dharapani – Chame [2,710m/8,891 ft]: 5 – 6 hours
- Day 06: Chame – Pisang [3,300m/10,824 ft]: 5 – 6 hours
- Day 07: Pisang – Manang [3,500m/11,482 ft]: 6 – 7 hours
- Day 08: Acclimatization day in Manang
- Day 09: Manang to Tilicho Base Camp (4140m/13,583ft): 6-7 Hrs
